Playing on Turf Pitches in Stadium and Practice area is not allowed before prior permission.
For organising a cricket match/tournament, all on demand facilities like Umpires, grounds men and scorer etc will be provided on extra cost and with at least 2 weeks prior information.
Any accommodation offered are tentative, we can change to similar category any time.
No refunds in case of any cancellation due to natural, social, and political circumstances.
All government taxes are subject to change at any time. Any changes in the currently applicable taxes will reflect in the rates offered and will change the overall costing for the event accordingly.
No Food is served inside Tents.
No Smoking is allowed inside the Tents.
Professional photography or Videography is only allowed with prior permission from Resort Management.
Being a riverside resort, parking is above the terrain on the other side of the Kosi River, drop in and drop off from parking to the property is by resort vehicle itself.
Due to bad weather conditions and a rise in the Kosi River, drop off to/from the parking will be done by Two-Wheelers through the Jhula Flyover.
During the stay, Resort is not at all responsible for any wild animal attack or wild insect bite.
All items and furniture in your room are the property of the resort. We therefore will charge you the full amount for any damage or removing anything from the room and moreover any damage to the property during your stay.
Inflammable substances are strictly prohibited inside the resort.
Carrying any type of arms and ammunition is strictly prohibited in the resort premises.
Carry your personal valuable items at your own risk. The resort shall not be held responsible for any type of damage or loss of any property owned by the guest during stay.
Being a riverside resort and surrounded by reserve forest, guests are advised to stay in their rooms during midnight and not to go near the river or forest. If you do so, the resort is not responsible, and you will be at your own risk.
Driver accommodation and meals (Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner) can be provided at a very nominal charge of INR 500/- per day, subject to availability.
Consumption of Liquor at public places such as restaurant, garden, or reception area is strictly prohibited.
Room prices may vary from normal rates during festive seasons (Christmas, new year, Diwali etc.) due to high demand.
Child Policy:
Children Below 5 are complimentary without extra bed.
Extra child aged between 6 and 11 yrs are charged 2000 INR + tax/night without extra bed on APAI meal plan.
Extra child aged 12 and above: Extra bed and meal prices respective to the adult room/meal plan will be applicable if needed.
